A few weeks back I had some girlfriends over to make & bake this yummy pumpkin dessert. It was a very different blend of pumpkin, crumble topping, and a short cake type base. Hot out of the oven, this wasn’t my favorite dish, but it definitely gained points after being chilled. If I were to make this dish again, I’d add more sugar to the pumpkin layer & more cinnamon to the crumb layer. I’m pretty sure that would make it near perfect.
Regardless, it was a fantastic time hanging out with some sweet girls and sharing good times!
