How Great is Our God

Before Steve & I ever moved to Austin

Before Chris Tomlin became our worship pastor

Before we ever met him

We loved this song.

We loved it so much that we had it in our wedding ceremony.
I hope you love it as much as we do:

VERSE(1):
The splendor of a King,
clothed in majesty
Let all the earth rejoice,
all the earth rejoice
He wraps himself in light,
and darkness tries to hide
it trembles at his voice,
trembles at his voice

CHORUS(1):
How great is our God,
sing with me
How great is our God,
and all will see
How great
How great is our God

VERSE(2):
And age to age He stands
and time is in His Hands
Beginning and the End,
Beginning and the End
The Godhead, three in one
Father, Spirit, Son
the Lion and the Lamb,
the Lion and the Lamb

CHORUS(1):
How great is our God,
sing with me
How great is our God,
and all will see
How great,
How great is our God

CHORUS(2)
Name above all names
Worthy of all praise
My heart will sing
how great is our God
Name above all names
you are worthy of all praise
and my heart will sing
how great is our God

CHORUS(1):
How great is our God,
Sing with me
How great is our God,
and all will see
How great,
How great is our God

CHORUS(1):
How great is our God,
Sing with me
How great is our God,
and all will see
How great,
How great is our God
How great is our God,
Sing with me
How great is our God,
and all will see
How great,
How great is our God

    you’ll remember this from the stone! “how great, is my DOG. sing with me how great, is my DOG…”

      funny gregg 🙂 I do remember matt singing that from the stage… I can’t remember the exact reason though. It’s been too long. I *think* it was to point out how much value we put on the non-eternal things in our life.
