• clears my head
  • makes me feel strong
  • helps me to be more self-confident
  • [let’s be honest here] is a great way to lose (or maintain) weight
  • is a wonderful way to have some time alone (or semi alone… Pax in the jogging stroller = quiet little dude)
  • gives me time to focus on what’s really important in life
  • helps me to appreciate the amazing earth He created for us
  • contributes to sound sleep
  • encourages me to eat better (so as not to “counter balance” the awesome feeling post run)… I mean, really, who wants to eat McDonald’s fries after you’ve just had a lovely jog?
  • is FREE…. ehm… well, sort of ~ until you add up the cost of the shoes and clothes 🙂 but let’s not count that

I’m sure there’s more… but that’s all I can think of right now.
